With a strong foundation in nanotechnology engineering and currently finalizing her M.S. in Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University, Ria brings a unique combination of scientific depth and entrepreneurial drive. During her time at Columbia, Ria expanded her business knowledge to complement her technical background and pursued projects aimed at translating innovations from the lab bench to the bedside, strengthening her focus on real-world healthcare impact. She has also achieved recognition at the national level, leading her design team to 1st place at the 2024 Canadian Engineering Competition. At ReMinded, Ria applies her expertise in electrochemical biosensors and nanomaterial synthesis to advance the company’s mission in salivary diagnostics.
